BODY AWARENESS AND MOVEMENT

The more we know our body, the more easily we know how to use it, both in couple and solo dance. The course is aimed at increasing awareness of your body, in its individual parts and in its entirety, with the objective to improve the quality of movement.
The exercises that will be proposed take origins from solo jazz, contemporary dance, jazz ballet, African dances, hip-hop, house, etc., placing emphasis on movements that help in swing.
No prior knowledge is required; a little dance experience may be useful.
